All baby product manufactures that we represent are required by federal law to abide by the rules of the CPSC (Consumer Products Safety Commission) in order to operate in our industry. All of the cribs we sell are made to the federal guidelines and standards set forth by the CPSC, as well as the ASTM (American Society of Testing Materials). The cribs are tested according to JPMA regulation and must meet even more stringent criteria than those of the CPSC and ASTM.
